ABOUT CALISTHENICS
Calisthenics offers a unique combination of dancing, singing, gymnastics and technical skills for girls, boys and women throughout Australia.
The sport develops strong, confident performers through teamwork. Discipline and technique, grace and poise are fostered in a fun and friendly club environment, where families can connect and performers can develop skills, and friendships, that last a lifetime.
HISTORY
Royal Calisthenics College was founded in 2004 by Karen Duignan with 50 pupils across all sections. Royal Calisthenics went on to win Mr music award in 2008. Royal Calisthenics has won numerous aggregates. Due to career commitments Royal closed in 2010 and all pupils went on to further their calisthenic careers. Karen is reestablishing Royal to provide a safe and nurturing environment for students and parents.
